These Terms govern your use of craftyalpha.com and any services provided by CraftyAlpha ("CraftyAlpha", "we", "us"), an independent software studio based in Scotland.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, compromise or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Products

Each CraftyAlpha product (Counterly, Sparkquote, Cloudzilla, TradeLatch, Trading Insights, Squad Quests, Goldzilla, and any future product) may have its own additional terms which sit alongside these.

Intellectual property

All content, code, brand assets and product names on this site are owned by CraftyAlpha unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to £100.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
