Delivery policy

CraftyAlpha sells digital products and software access. We do not ship physical goods.

Delivery timeframes

For live products, delivery is immediate after successful checkout. Access details are shown on the success page and sent by email receipt.

For beta and coming-soon products, access is delivered by invite or launch notification. Typical beta onboarding is within 1 to 3 days.

There are no shipping or dispatch fees for digital products. Your total cost is the product price shown at checkout.

Our digital products are available worldwide, subject to internet access, local law, and payment provider availability.

Access dispatch is automated for live products. If delivery details do not arrive, contact support and we will resolve it promptly.

If you have not received access details after purchase, contact us at hello@craftyalpha.com and include your purchase email and product.

CraftyAlpha is based in Scotland. Governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
