1. Summary
Goldzilla is a digital product/service (software access, documentation, and licensing). Refund eligibility depends on the product type, activation status, and the circumstances below.
2. Trials
Trials are provided to evaluate the software before purchase. Trial purchases (if any) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to a verified billing error.
3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Unless required by law, we do not refund partial subscription periods once a billing cycle has started.
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge or clear billing fault), contact support for review.
4. Digital downloads & license activation
Because Goldzilla involves digital access and license activation, refunds may be limited once access has been granted and/or a license has been activated. If you believe there is a genuine fault preventing normal use, contact support — we will troubleshoot first and assess eligibility.
5. What we will consider for a refund
- Verified technical fault: the software cannot run in a supported environment after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges or incorrect plan charged.
- Access issues: paid tier not delivered due to our system issue.
6. What is not refundable
- Trading losses or dissatisfaction with trading results.
- Issues caused by broker restrictions, platform changes, VPS/PC instability, internet outages, or misconfiguration.
- Requests made after excessive use where the product has been delivered and functioning.
7. How to request a refund
Email – support@gold-zilla.com with:
- Order ID / email used at checkout
- What you purchased (tier and date)
- The issue you experienced
- A System Health screenshot (from the HUD) if relevant
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
